PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a panel on a building of any type of structure which needs installation of a panel by supporting a plurality of panels to be installed on a side wall of a building so that the panels can be moved up and down, SOLUTION: Each solar battery panel 5 consists of a supporting plate 33 rotatably installed at the end of each supporting metal fitting 30a-32b and a solar battery 34 pasted on the front face of the supporting plate 33. The solar battery panels 5 are moved up and down by each elevation post equipment 4. The angle of each supporting plate 33 is so switched that the angle is fixed when the front face of each solar battery panel 5 is turned toward the front and the front face of each solar battery panel 5 may be turned toward the sun at the power generation position. Since each elevation post equipment 4 is supported by the ground 6 and the wall face of a building 2 and then the solar battery panels 5 are supported by each elevation post equipments 4, the solar battery panels 5 can be installed even on a load-limited building.
