PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor manufacturable with a low manufacturing cost and capable of obtaining desired magnetic urging force on top of that. SOLUTION: A motor is provided with a stationary member 2, a rotor 4 freely rotatable as with respect to the stationary member 2, a bearing means 6 put between these, a rotor magnet 30 fitted to the rotor 4, and a stator 32 fitted to the stationary member 2. The rotor magnet 30 is made of a rubber magnet sheet, and this rubber magnet is fitted circularity on the internal peripheral surface of the circumferential sidewall 24 of a rotor body 14. A magnetic urging means 35 is fitted to the stationary member 2 and is provided with a ferrite-series sintered magnet 38. This sintered magnet 38 is arranged opposite to the end wall 26 of the rotor body 14.
