摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply manufacture with high precision by forming teeth of rotors engaged with one another in a direction parallel to a rotary shaft, and forming many peripheral teeth engaged with one another at a pitch circle as a reference on peripheries of the rotors including the teeth. SOLUTION: A rotor 1 used for the flowmeter or the like is formed as a rotor formed in a spur gear-like state formed in a direction parallel to a rotary shaft 2 at teeth 3 to drawn a corrected sinusoidal curve in an overall profile shape. Further, many peripheral teeth 5 formed in a corrected sinusoidal curve of a small module are cut and formed along a pitch circle on peripheries of the teeth 3. When the rotors 1 constituted in this manner are engaged with one another so that the teeth 3 are engaged with one another, the rotors 1 are held in an engaging relation one by one with the teeth 5 each other irrespective of non-helical state, and hence can be accurately rotated in proportional to a flow of the fluid without generating a pulsation. Since the rotors 1 are not formed helically, its machining is facilitated.
