PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die and a method for manufacturing an anisotripic conductive sheet having fine arrangement of conductive and nonconductive parts. SOLUTION: This die 100 for manufacturing an anisotripic conductive sheet has a bump layer 22 arranged in a predetermined pattern on the surface of a magnetic substrate 10 and a magnetic body layer 24 deposited on the surface of the bump layer 22 and the exposed surface of the magnetic substrate 10. A magnetic body 20 is formed of the bump layer 22 and the magnetic body layer 24. A nonemagnetic body part 30 is formed in recessed parts between the magnetic body parts 20. A method for manufacturing the anisotripic conductive sheet includes following processes (a)-(c): a process (a) of forming the bump layer 22 in a predetermined pattern on the surface of the magnetic substrate 10; a process (b) of depositing the magnetic body layer 24 on the surface of the bump layer 22, a process (c) of forming the nonmagnetic body part 30 in the recessed parts between the magnetic body parts 20.
