PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce running costs by preventing waste heat from a motor for driving a traveling truck and a stacker crane from being diffused into a warebouse for decreasing blast power for cooling air. SOLUTION: This cooling system is equipped with a rack that has a number of loading parts horizontally and vertically, a stacker crane 19 for loading that is mounted to a traveling truck 7 for traveling horizontally and vertically along the rack and elevates an article 25 to be subjected to cold insulation, and a cooler 47 that cools air in a warehouse. In this case, an air-feeding duct 21 that has a number of outlets 41 and sends cooled air from the cooler into various places in the warehouse, and a suction air duct 23 that has a number of intake ports 39 and returns air from the various places in the warehouse to the cooler are provided in an upper part in the warehouse along the movement direction of traveling truck, a ventilation duct 55 is provided horizontally and vertically along the stacker crane 19, and air being heated by waste heat from motors 31 and 35 for driving the traveling truck and the stacker crane, respectively, is sent to a part near the intake ports 39 by the ventilation duct 55.
