PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to exactly transmit information to be presented to an information presentation object moving along a predetermined passing route without the need for a large display screen. SOLUTION: By detecting the moving speed of an information presentation object 20 moving along a predetermined passing route 10 with a speed detecting device 60, and controlling information presenting programs of image transmitting servers 41, 42,..., 4m transmitting a series of presentation information to plural video display devices 51, 52,..., 5n sequentially arranged along the above- mentioned through route 10 by a control device 30 according to the moving speed of the above-mentioned information presentation object 20, this system presents a series of the presentation information jointly by the above-mentioned video display devices 51, 52,..., 5n as presentation information of an information amount with which the moving information presentation object 20 can recognize a series of the presentation information according to the information presentation programs.
