PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reflecting plate from being partially caught by an interlock lever in the process of mounting the reflecting plate. SOLUTION: This device has a lengthy apparatus body 10. The apparatus body 10 has a pair of sockets 20 fixed to both end lower surface sides thereof, a fluorescent lamp 30 installed between both the sockets 20, a reflecting plate 40 arranged on the upper surface side of the fluorescent lamp 30 on the lower surface side of the apparatus body 10. The sockets 20 are arranged on both ends of the reflecting plate 40, respectively. An interlock lever 22 capable of protruding and recessing in contact with the fluorescent lamp 30 is formed on one socket 20. A lever receiver part 42 which makes contact with the lever 22 in the process of arranging the reflecting plate 40 in a prescribed position from the lower side is formed in a part of the reflecting plat 40. A tapered surface S which makes contact so as to gradually push the lever 22 in the process and thereafter release the pushing is formed on at least one of the lever 22 and the lever receiver 42.
