PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete an input at a single time and to drastically reduce time necessary to the input in comparison with the conventional practice by continuously outputting a data structure represented by a directed graph to a file without including dedicated input-output data field in data itself. SOLUTION: An address is replaced with an offset which has underwent one-to-one boundary adjustment without adding original address information to segments A, B, C,..., and the segments are continuously outputted to a file. Thus, inputs to a memory can be collectively performed, a new address can be generated simply by adding a constant to an offset included in an inputted segment, and the original link relation can fast be recovered.
