PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a ghost and a cross talk by preventing the overlap of sampling signals. SOLUTION: In the case of an R direction transfer, for example, plural latch circuits successively shift transfer start pulses DX-R in accordance with a clock signal CLX and an inverted clock signal CLXINV and output the pulses DX-R. Each NAND circuit respectively provided for each of these unit circuits obtains a NANDing of the output signals of corresponding latch circuits, enable signals ENB1 or ENB2, which controls the active intervals of the output signals, and a NANDing signal of the signals ENB1 and ENB2. Thus, if the signals ENB1 and ENB2 overlap with each other, the output signals of the NAND circuits are formed to become an H level, the overlap of sampling signals S1 to Sn, which reverse the output of the NAND circuits, is prevented. |
