PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device arranged in the visual field in the front part of a vehicle which a driver views that can obtain the high visibility of information without requiring a high degree operation for head-up display. SOLUTION: The device is provided with an object detecting part 1 for detecting an object in the front part of the vehicle, an arithmetic part 3-3 for calculating the relative position and relative speed of an object which is detected by the object detecting part and a display part 4 arranged in the neighborhood of a windshield. The display part 4 consists of plural light emitting bodies arranged radially centering a driver's seat and is also provided with light emitting control parts 3-2 and 3-3 for controlling the light emitting method of the light emitting bodies in accordance with the arithmetic result of the arithmetic part. The information display device is also provided with a road guide part 2 and the control parts 3-2 and 3-3 discriminates a road guide by a road guide part 2 from an obstacle and controls the light emission of the light emitting bodies.
