PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic LED element having high reliability by forming a hole injecting layer and a hole transport layer of the element of a high molecular film obtained by evaporation-polymerization of (1,4,5,8)-tetra amino anthraquinone and (1,3,6,8)-tetra keto-(1,3,3,6,7,8)-hexahydropylene. SOLUTION: (1,4,5,8)-tetra amino anthraquinone and (1,3,6,8)-tetra keto-(1,3,3,6,7,8)-hexahydropylene are deposited together on a positive electrode, and heated at 320 deg.C at 0.1 mmHg so as to form a hole injecting layer formed of a high molecular film having film thickness of 50 nm. A light emitting layer of aluminum quinolinol with 50 nm thick is formed on the hole injecting layer by resistance heating, and an Mg-Ag layer as a negative electrode is formed in 350 nm thick so as to obtain an organic LED element. Since the hole injecting layer is formed of the thermally stable high molecular compound, the lifetime of the organic LED can be improved without increasing the cost. |
