PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron device which prevents the decrease and variation in the output of the magnetron by improving the contacting condition of a heat-radiating plate relative to a frame-shaped yoke. SOLUTION: A rectangle-shaped heat-radiating plate 14 is provided at the enter with a round hole 19 having a collar 18 for pressfitting therein a cylindrical anode body and lateral edges 22, 23 for forcingly contacting sides 20, 21 oppositely arranged each other of the heat-radiating plate 14 with a side wall of a frame-shaped yoke. The lateral edge parts 22 and 23 are divided into three tongue-shaped parts, where tongue-shaped first lateral edges 22a, 23a positioned closet to the center of the round hole 19 are bent in the y-axis center direction of the cylindrical anode body and connected by ribs 30, 31 to tongue- shaped second lateral edges 22b, 23b and third lateral edges 22c, 23c, both sandwiching together the first lateral edges 22a, 23a.
