PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally constitute a device for exposing and printing plural frame images in a fixed time by providing a manual exposure means for optionally setting and maintaining exposure time in preference to set time by an exposure setting means. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with the manual exposure means for optionally setting and maintaining the exposure time in preference to the set time by the exposure setting means. In such a case, when control is started, an initial value is set, then prescanning routine is executed in the case of selecting a mode for performing prescanning on a control panel 36, extraction correction routine is executed in the case of selecting a mode for performing exposure correction on the control panel 36 and further selecting a mode for performing extraction correction from the control panel 36, manual correction routine is executed in the case of similarly selecting a mode for manually performing correction on the control panel 36, and printing routine is executed in the case of selecting a mode for performing printing on the control panel 36. The routine is continued until the control is reset.
