摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly sensitive integrated multi layered chemical analyzing element easy to operate and excellent in secular storage property for quantitatively determining direct reacting bilirubin in a liquid specimen, and a quantitatively determining method for the direct reacting bilirubin. SOLUTION: An integrated multi layered chemical analyzing element uses a system for determining quantitatively direct reacting bilirubin in a liquid specimen with diazo method. The integrated multi layered chemical analyzing element has a translucent support body 11 and a developing layer 31 made of a porous material with void ratio ranging 30 to 80% containing diazonium salt, 1,5-naphthalenedisulfone or its derivative, water-soluble zinc salt, and acid polymer as compositions.
