PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revolver guiding mechanism excellent in safety by preventing a sample, a stage and an objective lens from being broken in the case of detaching a revolver. SOLUTION: This mechanism is provided with the revolver 12 which is provided with a guiding member 26 detachable in a horizontal direction and to which at least one objective lens 11 can be attached, and a guiding part 28 (28a and 28b) housing the guiding member 26 of the revolver 12, and is equipped with a microscope main body 6 to which the revolver 12 is attached. In such a case, the mechanism is provided with holding mechanisms 33, 35 and 36 guiding the member 26 to the guiding part 28 while holding the revolver 12.
