PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the ice making time by jointing heat exchanging heating tubes arranged in parallel with the bottom face of an ice heat storage tank to fins excellent in thermal conductivity and contributive to ice making while penetrating the fins such that the fins are substantially perpendicular to the bottom face of the tank. SOLUTION: An ice making heat exchanger comprising finned pipes 1 is employed in an inner melting type ice heat storage air conditioner. The ice making heat exchanger comprising finned pipes 1 is jointed with pipes 1 for passing the cooling refrigerant from a refrigeration cycle while penetrating the fins 2 and the pipes 1 are arranged such that the fins 2 are substantially perpendicular to the bottom face of the heat storage tank. Since the heat transfer area of the ice making heat exchanger can be increased in correspondence with contribution of the fins 2 to ice making, flow rate of the cooling refrigerant in the pipe 1 can be increased resulting in an increase in ice making quantity.
