<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matrix type wiring board with which the work to correct a wiring shorting accident may be easily carried out. SOLUTION: A pair of apertures 19 and 19 are previously formed so as to hold the intersection points of both lines to interlayer insulating films 8 covering a drain line DL intersecting with the top of a gate line GL. The apertures are exposed the drain line. When the shorting accident is caused at the intersection points of both lines by the defect of the interlayer insulating films and when this accident is detected in an inspection stage, the interlayer insulating films 8 at the points on the respective inner sides (shorting part side) of a pair of the apertures 19 and 19 holding the shoring part are destroyed and the drain line DL thereunder is cut. Next, the bypass line BL is so formed as to bypass the shorting part via a pair of the apertures 19 and 19, by which the drain line DL cut by FIB is again connected.</p> |
