PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication evaluating system for efficiently and accurately evaluating communication. SOLUTION: This is a communication evaluating system for evaluating communication to be operated by first and second faced communication protocol executing means 3 and 5 based on newly designed first and second communication protocol information 1 and 2. This system is provided with a time information generating means 6 for generating time information, first and second trace information storing means 7 and 9 for successively storing operation information generated at the time of the intrinsic or external operations of the first and second communication protocol executing means 3 and 5 by adding the time information generated at that time of those operations by the time information generating means 6 to the operation information, and a trace information unifying means 10 for unifying both operation information groups stored in the first and second trace information storing means 7 and 9 on the same time axis based on the time information added to each operation information.
