PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a permanent magnet magnetized heavily by magnetizing almost along the axis of easy magnetization in each direction, with the axis of easy magnetization in almost width at one end side part of width direction while almost in thickness direction at a part except for it. SOLUTION: Main magnetic poles 12c, N/S, are so vertically arranged at a right half part of an extrusion port 12a as to face each other, and auxiliary magnetic poles 12d, S/N, are so vertically arranged at the extrusion port 12a as to face each other. A soft synthetic resin material which is thermo-plastic and ferrite particles which are ferro-magnetic particles of magnetic anisotropic are blended and inserted in an extrusion device. The soft synthetic resin material is heated and melted by a heater while kneaded with the ferrite particles with a screw, so that the ferrite particles are almost evenly diffused in the soft synthetic material to provide a mold material. The mold material is extruded from the extrusion port 12a under the extruding force of the screw.
