PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform sealing of the upper and lower plates of a gastight container and to perform efficiency production to increase the throughput of manufacturing. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of a gastight container that is made to face a first and second boards 271, 273 to each other at a prescribed distance and seals them by using a sealing material, each one side of multiple thin plates 2 is bonded to the first board 271 by the use of an adhesive 3a, 3c, a seating on which each of other one sides of the thin plates abuts is bonded to the second board 273 by the use of an adhesive 4a, 4c, horizontal positioning of the first and second boards is carried out, and thereafter, the other one sides of the thin plates are tentatively bonded to the abutting parts of the seating by the use of a resin adhesive 5a, 5c and thereafter bonded by the use of a heat-resistant adhesive 23a, 23c, the temperature is raised to the melting temperature of the sealing member, the first and second boards are pressed and the temperature is lowered.
