The pair of circlip pliers (1,2) has a movable part moving along an adjustment slot (8) opposite the fixed part. The inner surfaces of the adjustment slot has separated catches in the form of serrations (9) which act as support and pivot bearings for the pliers' joint-pin (3). The adjustment slot is positioned in the flat-stamped joint part of the one pliers part and is circle-arc-shaped.
