The melt spinning assembly has a distribution pipe system (8) for the molten polymer in a heating chamber (7). The heating chamber (7) has an inlet opening (13) for the molten polymer feed channel (2). The heating chamber (7) is parallel to the extrusion spinning beams, with an outlet opening (14) for each, to take the distribution pipe (9) to the distribution pump (4) at the spinning beam (3). The heating chamber (7) is at a profiled steel carrier (10), as a component of the machine frame to support the spinning beams. The profiled steel carrier (10) is formed by a side plate (12) and two end plates to the heating chamber (7). The entry opening (13) is in the steel carrier (10) and the outlet opening (14) is in the side plate (12). The heating chamber (7) is connected to a heating medium circuit, so that the medium heats the distribution pipe system (8). The outer wall of the heating chamber (7) is at least partially covered by an insulation (21).
