PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luggage fixing device for vehicle that retains a luggage contained in the luggage compartment of the vehicle in a stable and upright manner. SOLUTION: This device has a belt attachment portion 20 and a belt engagement portion 30. The belt attachment portion 20 is disposed at a position that is separated from the floor of the luggage compartment of the vehicle by a side wall of the luggage compartment by a predetermined height, and is for attaching a fixing belt 40 for fixing a luggage P. The belt engagement portion 30 is disposed on the same or an adjacent side wall regarding the belt attachment portion 20, and can be engaged with the fixing belt 40. Accordingly, the luggage P can be fixed by being pressed against at least one of side wall 15 on which the belt attachment portion 20 or the belt engagement portion 30 is provided.
