PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the scattering of a particularly wiped-off colored material by using an eraser to mainly erase a character, a graphic form or the like of the colored material filled in a whiteboard. SOLUTION: First cylinders 2a, 2b covering its surfaces with felts or the like are brought into contact with board, and laterally moved perpendicularly to axes of the cylinders. The cylinders 2a, 2b are rotated only in one direction. When not rotated, the board is rubbed to erase a character or the like, and a colored material is transferred to surfaces of the cylinders 2a, 2b. When rotated, the material is retransferred to a second cylinder 5 brought into contact with the cylinders 2a, 2b and rotated by following thereto, and the material is fixed onto the cylinder 5. For example, a colored material of a character or the like written by a whiteboard marker normally sold in the market is rigidly fixed to a sheet cover of the cylinder 5, and hence when a considerable amount is stored, the cover is replaced. The two cylinders 2a, 2b having opposite rotatable directions are aligned in parallel, their lateral movements are repeated, and the material is fixed to the cylinder 5.
