PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject formulation capable of maintaining excellent performances even after long-term preservation by packing a solid formulation containing a water-soluble plasticizer with a water-soluble material. SOLUTION: This formulation is obtained by packing (B) a solid formulation of agrochemical containing (A) a water-soluble plasticizer (preferably an alkylene glycol, a glycol monoether or a trihydric or polyhydric alcohol) with (C) a water-soluble base (preferably a water-soluble polymer, especially preferably, a water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol). The amount of the component A in the component B is preferably 0.1-40 wt.%. A wettable powder, a granular wettable powder or a water-soluble chemical is preferable as the component B. For example, in the case of the wettable powder, preferably the amount of an agrochemical active ingredient is 0.5-90 wt.% in the formulation. Preferably, the agrochemical packed formulation is packed with a water-insoluble base and preserved. Consequently, the solid formulation exhibits plasticity to the water-soluble base and sufficient shelf stability can be expected.
