PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately measuring antithrombin III without diluting a specimen. SOLUTION: This method for measuring antithrombin III comprises adding arginine or an oligopeptide comprising 2-6 amino acids containing arginine to the reaction system in an antithrombin III-measuring method for measuring residual enzyme activity according to a synthetic substrate method by reacting antithrombin III in test specimen with an enzyme.
