PURPOSE: A method for producing low temperature enamel is provided to prevent peeling of a coated layer despite a shock or a bending by improving the quality and the durability of enamel. CONSTITUTION: A zinc phosphate coated layer(2), a resin layer(3), an inorganic layer(4) and a glossy layer(5) obtained by a pretreatment process are deposited in a uniform thickness onto the surface of a plate(1) formed of iron, aluminum and copper having a regular thickness. Thereby, low temperature enamel is produced. Herein, users and workers for producing enamel are kept healthy according to the elimination of a need of glass and a danger of a fire. Furthermore, the quality and the reliability of a product are elevated by securing various colors and gloss while a high productivity is obtained with minimum workers.
