PURPOSE: A coating method of a pole is provided to manufacture a coated pole by ejecting synthetic resins on a FRP pipe surface. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of threads composed of glass fibers is supplied to a tank containing unsaturated polyester resins in a melting state. The plurality of threads of glass fibers is soaked in the polyester resins. A FRP pipe is imprinted by injecting the glass fibers soaked the unsaturated polyester resins to an imprint mold while keeping a predetermined temperature. The FRP pipe is injected to an ejection coating mold with keeping a predetermined temperature. And synthetic resins are uniformly ejected on a FRP pipe surface to coat with a predetermined thickness. Proper thickness of the synthetic resins to coat the FRP pipe surface is 0.3 to 3 mm. And the predetermined temperature is 200 to 250 degrees celsius desirably. |
