PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a futon-bag made of low pollutant material and to provide a tool for keeping the form of the bag. SOLUTION: A futon-bag 1 is composed of a first polyolefin sheet 2, a second polyolefin sheet 3, a fastener 5 and a plastic seal 6. A polyolefin tape 7 holds the fastener 5, and the tape 7 is heat welded to the first sheet material 2. The plastic seal 6 is held by a pair of polyolefin tapes 9 which are heat welded to the first sheet 2 or second sheet 3.
