PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stillness and fretting durability to impact load, vibration or oscillation. SOLUTION: All of components such as an inner ring, an outer ring and a rolling element are formed of steel for a bearing to reduce the cost and prevent lower of bearing performance caused by a difference in physical property between the rolling element and the race, and further the average carbon content between two contacting faces (carbide content % of the rolling element surface + carbide content % of the race surface) /2 is prepared to 25% or more by carburization, carbonitriding treatment or the like, so that early sound rise or fretting damage in oscillation can be remarkably reduced so as to improve reliability of a device.
