PURPOSE: A cubic shell electron impulse device of an atom by radiation is provided to raise efficiency of radiation and reflection and to get an ionized plasma element by giving an impulse to the shell electron of an atom. CONSTITUTION: A cubic shell electron impulse device of atom by radiation includes followings. A reflection tube(7) is formed in long ellipsoid to prevent loss of radiation reflected inside the reflection tube(7). A discharge tube with a supporting pole is installed inside the room of the reflection tube(7). A conductor(12) of the secondary power is connected to an electrode installed inside the room of the discharge tube. When the amount of light of the discharge tube needs to be increased, the internal terminal of an optical cable is connected inside the reflection tube(7) while the external terminal of the optical cable is connected to the focus of a pumping lens of a high luminescence radiation lamp or a laser beam.
