PURPOSE: A membership dues accounting operating system using the internet and the method thereby are provided to conveniently manage the membership dues of various groups in on-line and to reserve the clearness of accounting operating process. CONSTITUTION: A membership dues manager interface(100) manages membership dues on the internet configured in on-line. A web server(200) provides overall information related to the management and accounting operating of membership dues. A member interface(300) searches and supervises the states of the management and accounting operating of membership dues. An assets operating interface(400) operates the assets increment of membership dues. A bank interface(500) provides the receipt and disbursement service of various membership dues.
