PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the formation of aluminum and to further suppress the adherence of aluminum hydroxide to an aluminum support by providing a photosensitive layer on the support obtained by treating an anodized aluminum base plate with a water solution having a specific pH. SOLUTION: An aluminum plate is a plate-like material of an aluminum alloy or the like containing pure aluminum or aluminum as a main component and an infinitesimal amount of heteroatom. As the heteroatom, that of silicon, iron, manganese, copper, magnesium, chromium or the like is used. In an anodized aluminum support, formation of aluminum hydroxide is suppressed, adherence to the support is suppressed, and to eliminate a fault of an appearance, it is treated with acid water solution having a pH of 1.5 to 5 or preferably 2 to 4. If the pH is lower than the 1.5, an anodized film is dissolved, and hence a deterioration of stain in association with an increase in a pore size of the anodized film feasibly occurs. If the pH is higher than the 5, the formation of the oxide film cannot be prevented, and a fault of an appearance cannot be suppressed. |
