PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner sock with high deodorization, durability and appearance effective to both antibacterial and mildewproof properties. SOLUTION: In order to adhere any of a wet nonwoven fabric whose essential ingredient is a fiber-like substance containing antibacterial mildewproof agent which is a metalic salt of an organic compound including at least either a nitrogenous heterocycle or sulfer atom, or any of a nonwoven fabric applied or impregnated with a mildewproof composite containing insoluble high molecular compound to either a synthetic leather or woven fabric which is perforated, the ratio of adsorptive particles D and thermowelding particles E is determined to be within a range of 1/2 to 3/1. In this case, it is preferable that particularly D's average particle diameter d1 be within a range of 10 of 200μm, E's average particle d2 be 20 to 300μm, and d1/d2 within 1/30 to 1/2.
