PURPOSE: An electronic light for use of float for fishing is provided to achieve a reduced parts count and weight and improved reliability while simplifying a connection structure between a body and a head portion and arranging an O-ring at the connection structure. CONSTITUTION: An electronic light comprises a container made up of a conductive material and which has an inner cavity of which top portion is open and a stopper formed at an outer periphery of the open portion, a cathode collector(11) installed upright within the container, a lithium battery arranged at a lower outer periphery of the collector(11) so as to transmit (+)ion to the container, a supporting member(22) of which outer periphery is inserted into the open portion of the container, the supporting member(22) being movable vertically, and having a penetrating hole for insertion of the collector(11), an upper cap(27) arranged at an outer surface of the member(22) so as to be coupled to the container and which is made up of a conductive material to function as a (+) terminal, a luminous member of which one end is disposed within the penetrating hole of the member(22) and the other end is connected to the upper cap(27) so as to emit light as contacting the cathode collector(11) in accordance with a descending movement of the upper cap(27), a coupling member for supplying a vertical movement to the member(22) so as to allow the luminous member to contact/separate to/from the collector(11), a sealing member inserted inside the container so as to seal the lower portion of the collector(11), and a molder disposed on the supporting member(22) for molding the luminous member so as to protect the luminous member.
