<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission operation structure for a working vehicle superior in transmission performance suitably releasing a hydraulic clutch taking account of the length of the transmission operating time and viscosity or flow rate of operating fluid after operating the transmission. SOLUTION: This transmission operation structure is provided with a control means C which interlocks a valve mechanism V, which changes the operation state of a hydraulic clutch 9 in such a state that the hydraulic clutch 9 is disengaged based on the starting of operation of an actuator A for shifting a gear transmission and released based on the finishing of the operation of the actuator A, with the operation of the actuator A, controls the aperture of a valve mechanism V in such a state as enlarging the valve aperture for a set time(t) from the starting of releasing the hydraulic clutch 9 and gradually raising the hydraulic clutch 9 after elapsing the set time(t), and a counting means K which counts the transmission operating time of a gear transmission by the operation of the actuator A so that the control means C sets the setting time(t) based on the transmission operation time.</p> |
