PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulator mounting part to high-efficiently take out a flange from one plate. SOLUTION: This insulator mounting device 10 comprises at least two exhaust manifold ports 2; a flange 1 having at least two holes to interconnect at least the two exhaust manifold ports 2; and an insulator 3 to cover at least a part of at least the two exhaust manifold ports 2. To mount the insulator 3, blanking is performed such that a part where the portion between at least the two holes of the flange 1 is connected to the flange 1 is left non-blanked, and the connecting part is bent.
