PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution in which visual recognition properties for various kinds of patterns, characters and the like formed in a storage case are not disturbed by forming an almost circular recessed storage section for storing compact disks on almost the whole face of a mounting paper as a main body and sticking a transparent adhesive sheet for stabilizing the compact disks on the center of the circular recessed storage section. SOLUTION: A mounting paper 1 is formed into the shape of storing compact disks C as an object to be stored, and an almost circular recessed storage section 2 having the diameter just slightly larger compared with the compact disks C and storing the compact disks C is formed on the surface of the mounting paper 1. A transparent adhesive sheet 3 for storing stably the compact disks C is stuck on the center of the recessed storage section 2. As the adhesive sheet 3 is stuck directly on the surface of the mounting paper 1, it is not necessary to form holes on the mounting paper 1, and patterns and the like drawn on the storage section 2 are not missed on the supports, and as the adhesive sheet is formed of a transparent material, no trouble is generated for the visual recognition properties of the drawn patterns and the like.
