PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile engine mounting structure which enhances yield strength by means of simple constitution. SOLUTION: A hole 15 is made up in and around a joining part 10 of a mounting base part 4. An engine load is received by an elastic member clamping bolt, and force F directing to a central part of the elastic member clamping bolt from a part formed with a bolt hole 9 is transmitted to a side of the elastic member clamping bolt (body side bracket) after being branched off in two directions so as to make it go round the hole 15, therefore a stress concentration spot is thus dispersed thereabout. In consequence, a maximum stress value becomes lessened as compared with the conventional technique wherein stress is concentrated on one spot, so that an improvement in proof stress is well promoted without thickening the wall of an engine side mounting part 3, and likewise, such a fact that a blow hole to be caused in the case where the wall is thickened, is restrained from occurring and thus an improvement in productivity is promoted. Since it is able to make improvements in the yield strength as being made of aluminum, an increase in weight is easily suppressed in comparison with the case where it is made of cast iron.
