PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make quantitatively detectable the attraction state of a magnetic particle to a permanent magnet and make the precise information graspable outside a magnetic particle sorting apparatus. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a pilot attraction means which is constituted of an outer tube 2 made of a stainless steel and a neodymium permanent magnet 1 loosely fitted in the outer tube 2 and which is installed while being projected to a sorting chamber CH of a magnetic particle removing/sorting apparatus, so that a magnetic particle in the sorting chamber CH is attracted to the tube 2 by magnetic force of the permanent magnet 1. One end of an arm 3 whose the other end is provided with a balance weight 4 is joined to the permanent magnet and a load cell 5 is installed in the arm 3. Since the load cell measurement value is deceased corresponding to the attracted amount owing to the attraction force received by the permanent magnet 1 through the attracted magnetic particle, the amount of the attracted magnetic particle is determined by a control apparatus 7 based on the decreased degree and digital display or alarming of the attraction state is carried out in a display part 8. Besides, a load cell, a torque sensor for detecting the rotating force of the arm axis can be employed. |
