PURPOSE: A suction shutter of an air conditioner is provided to improve performance of the air conditioner by reducing resistance in a suction channel since suction flow is not divided by a panel of the suction shutter and reduce the noise generated by the panel by changing the position of the panel and the noise due to a vortex flow generated below an indoor heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A suction shutter(60) of an air conditioner rotates by a rotation driving element for coupling a suction grill(61) with a suction hole(51a) when operating and coupling a panel(62) with the suction hole when stopping the operation, wherein the suction grill is rotatably connected to an end part of the panel, the panel is formed with a protrusion(62a) at a predetermined position of both side parts, the protrusion is fitted into a guide groove(51d) formed on a main body(51) and the guide groove is formed to pass suction flow through a front surface of a heat exchanger(52) when operating. |
