PURPOSE: A method for a service of a dedicated private network is provided to configure a business service system with a private network by implementing a dedicated private network service with software, and to construct a back-up system of the private network in Internet data centers(IDCs) configured by respective communication/Internet service providers. CONSTITUTION: A method for a service of a dedicated private network on the Internet comprises the steps of; connecting to a corresponding Internet data center(IDC) through the Internet after passing a subscriber network by a subscriber; assigning an Internet protocol(IP) address of a private network after confirming the subscriber; and executing an application program of a subscriber server system to the assigned private IP address.
