PURPOSE: A device for discriminating agglomerates from liquid of a toilet is provided to automatically divide the amount of discharge water with a general lever without an intention of a user about water saving by installing a simple subsidiary device without a change of internal structure of a general toilet. CONSTITUTION: For discharging liquid of males, a subsidiary float(20) descends with discharge water according to the turnover of a lever(9). The lower face of the subsidiary float descends an outlet cap(6) and an outlet(5) is closed. The water in a water tank(4) is discharged until the outlet is closed completely. For discharging agglomerates, an air switch(15) is closed according to the pressurization of a seat cover(11) by a user for a certain hour. The air in the seat cover flows into the subsidiary float. The float ascends on the water corresponding to the amount of inflow air. If the lever is turned over, the subsidiary float descends with the discharge water. Herein, the lower face of the subsidiary float doesn't have influence upon the outlet cap. Thereby, the water in the water tank is discharged until the outlet cap closes the outlet.
