PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction panel increasing a fixing degree of a facing material to a frame body even when the frame body is formed of a thin lightweight metal framing material. SOLUTION: In this construction panel, a frame body 21 is formed by combining a vertical stile 22 and a horizontal rail 23 respectively made of a thin metal plate with each other, and inside the vertical stile 22 and the horizontal rail 23, wooden pieces 26 are arranged partially. In this way, a nail is driven into the wooden piece 26 when a facing material is fixed to the frame body 21 by the nail, so that the nail is prevented from coming off from the vertical stile 22 and the horizontal rail 23 even when their thickness is thin. Consequently, the facing material is surely fixed to the frame body 21 and a fixing degree of the facing material to the frame body 21 is increased.
