PURPOSE: A locking security apparatus mounting on a speaker authenticating module is provided to reduce error possibilities by making speakers utter passwords several times to register voices of the speakers, and to make the speakers change the passwords or re-register for the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A locking security apparatus for authenticating speakers comprises a sensor(1), a speaker authenticating module(11), an external speaker(4), an external microphone(5), a locker(6), an internal microphone(8), and internal speaker(9). The sensor operates a speaker authenticating system when a visitor access the apparatus. The speaker authenticating module outputs an announcement for registering a voice of the visitor through the internal speaker and stores the voice. The speaker authenticating module is operated by receiving a signal of the sensor to authenticate the visitor, and outputs the announcement through the external speaker. The speaker authenticating module analyzes the voice to authenticate the voice, and opens a door by transmitting a signal to the apparatus, if the visitor is registered. The external microphone receives the voice to transmit the voice to the speaker authenticating module and the internal speaker. The locker receives the signal of the speaker authenticating module to open the door, if the voice is registered. The internal speaker outputs various announcements for registering voices of visitors and the speaker authenticating system.
