PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a limit of mounting on a vehicle as much as possible and to comparatively facilitate control rotational drive of an electric motor. SOLUTION: A motor-driven fluid pump device 1 is formed that through rotational drive of an electric motor 12, an impeller 5 mounted on the rotor 6 of the electric motor 12 is rotated, and fluid is sucked through the suction port 2a of a housing and fluid is discharged through a discharge port 2b. A motor control device 11 to control energization to the electric motor 12 is disposed at the bottom of the outer periphery of a housing 2 opposite to the impeller 5.
