摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a deviation of a power generating quantity to a low level so as to enhance controllability of a boiler in accordance with a high-speed load change. SOLUTION: In this reheating cycle power generating plant in which steam generated in a boiler 103 is supplied to a high pressure turbine 105, part of air bleed in the high pressure turbine 105 is supplied to a feed water overheater 102, and the residual air bleed is returned to the boiler 103 to be reheated by a reheater, an air bleed flow control valve 1 is disposed on the way of a pipeline for supplying the air bleed of the high pressure turbine 105 to the feed water overheater 102, and a signal equivalent to a power generating command to the power generating plant is input into the air bleed flow control valve 1, thereby controlling a reheating steam flow rate. An opening degree of the air bleed flow control valve 1 is controlled in such a manner as to be gradually decreased immediately after the starting of a load change of the power generating command while to be gradually increased immediately before the completion of the load change. In the case where a load change ratio in accordance with the power generating command is great, the opening degree of the air bleed flow control valve 1 is gradually decreased immediately before the starting of the load change of the power generating command while is gradually increased immediately before the completion of the load change.
