PURPOSE: To provide a real estate market with a total solution, valuable contents of on-line, an abundant information, and an organic combination of off-line with on-line are necessary. For such a goal, it needs to construct an on-line system based on a 3C strategy(Community, Content, Commerce) and form a nation-wide network. CONSTITUTION: A nation-wide network is constructed emphasizing on 4 services(real estate intermediation, housing finance mediation, housing interior, and packing house-moving). The total service raises organizational power and competitive power through a joint investment with a banking facility taking charge of the housing finance, and reorganizes an advanced intermediation technique in a cooperation with foreign enterprises so that the technique fits our actual circumstance. As a business connected to the web, the off-line business is combined with the on-line business organically.
