METHOD FOR ELIMINATING CHIP OF PAINT FROM PAINT-COATED POLYPROPYLENE BUMPER

PURPOSE: A method for eliminating a chip of paint from a paint-coated polypropylene bumper is provided which effectively eliminates a chip of paint without using solvent. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises steps of: (i) stretching paint-coated polypropylene bumper by 1.5-10 times by using a roll mill; (ii) pulverizing the stretched bumper; (iii) cooling the pulverized bumper down at a temperature of -40°C or less; and (iv) separating a chip of paint by giving mechanical shock to the bumper at a temperature of -40°C or less with using a pin mill, ball mill or hammer mill.
