PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stillness and fretting durability to impact load, vibration or oscillation. SOLUTION: A rolling element is formed of ceramics. Components other than the rolling element, that is, a race is formed of steel for a bearing with HRC of 58 or more, and residual austenite is 6% or less, further the area rate of unfixed and unfused carbide 0.2μm or more is 16% or less, preferably from 6% to 15% both inclusive, further preferably from 8% to 12% both inclusive to improve stillness and fretting resistance, so that the reliability of a device can be improved.
